Here is my second look in the Comfydent (comfortable + confident) series! This looks speaks Comfydence because of my comfy booties but also this sporty top that lets my comfy Hanes ComfortFlex fit bra (paired with some Hanes Cool Comfort underwear) peek out just a little bit. I love deep V necks and so it was nice to have a bra that gave a little more coverage while keeping my look casual chic.
Sorry I’ve been MIA! I got some kind of crazy food allergic reaction the other day and haven’t been feeling too great. I finally got out of the house and shot this look for you all as I’ve been dying to style this bag and get some sunlight too. I love how the boxy-ness of this girlish pink top balances out the sleekness of the black pencil skirt. (I also love how I unintentionally matched my header with this color scheme!) I know I wear this faux leather pencil a lot but I hope it helps you ladies that have one in your closet too!
Here is just a look I threw together since it’s been raining for a few days straight and the dark sky just made me feel like going black on black. I love my new Raye heels from Revolve – they are just beautiful.
I’ve been seeing so many movies lately – London Has Fallen – I rate it a C, Revenant – D, Deadpool – A, SpotLight – B. I also finally watched Pride and Prejudice on Netflix and I loved it. How about you guys! Any good movies to recommend? 🙂
I simply can’t seem to resist red and black looks. This is likely my 100th… or realistically my 30th red and black outfit featured on this blog. I wish I got a shot of the back of my bodysuit which is pretty cute but luckily you can see it on the model. I tried very hard to match my lips to my deep red bodysuit as well and ended up using about four different lipsticks for this final effect.
You really should never miss an opportunity to match your lips to any berry colored piece of clothing you might be wearing. In this case, I went for a very bold red to match my coat! I think it makes a much more stunning combo! In addition, there is nothing like pure blackout tights to keep things sleek and to elongate legs — I have been blown away by the quality of my new HUE tights which are really the best blackout tights I have ever tried. I spiced this otherwise classic look up with my new Versace sunglasses that have a touch of yellow and leopard print bag. Tonight I’m off to Thailand so I’m really excited and doing all my last minute packing. Finally no more coats and boots! At least for a little while 😉
